This 2018 vintage Blanc de blancs cuvée from Maison de Champagne Delamotte is made exclusiveley with Chardonnay, Mesnil-sur-Oger (20%), Avize (20%), Oger (20%), Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry, and is aged on lees for 48 months.

A great Champagne with a white gold colour and a nose dominated by aromas of fruit, pear and citrus zest, supported by light notes of hawthorn, fresh hazelnut and sweet spices. On the palate, the attack is frank with a chalky and mineral background marked by the terroir, on lemony flavours, vine peach, roasted hazelnuts: an expression that is both opulent and airy, all in elegance, with a long and pure finish.

It will be the perfect accompaniment to creamed white fish, sea bream ceviche, a bite à la reine, or a beef fillet with black truffle jus.
