Founded in 2013 by three friends, Poivre d'Âne is a house of natural, free and committed wines.

Bringing together today 8 winemakers from the south of France, Poivre d'Âne offers only wines from biodynamic and / or organic agriculture, vinified with indigenous yeasts from grapes and very small quantities of sulfur, without other additives or manipulations.

In particular, Poivre d'Âne highlights more confidential grape varieties such as Mauzac and Bourboulenc in white or Aramon in red.
