Novaia, grands vins italiens en DOC Valpolicella

Novaia is an Italian winery located in the Marano Valley, home of choice for the great wines of Valpolicella, with mild climatic conditions, ideal for viticulture, with significant temperature variations between day and night.

It covers ten hectares, seven of which are devoted to vines, the other three being planted with olive trees. The vines are planted on hills at an altitude of 250 to 400 metres and produce wines in the Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto appellations from the renowned local grape varieties, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, but also from very ancient autochthonous grape varieties dating back to Roman times, Oseleta, Turchetta and Molinara.

The estate is certified organic.
