The Valpolicella Classico 2019 from the Novaia estate is an organically grown Italian red wine from Veneto, made from the local grape varieties of the appellation: Corvina and Corvinone, both rich in polyphenols and tannins, and Rondinella.
It offers a bright ruby colour and delicate cherry aromas on the nose with floral and spicy notes (pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg). The substance is well balanced on the palate, sapid and fresh, with supple tannons. It will go perfectly with pasta and risottos, white meats and cheeses.
