Chateau de Pibarnon Bandol Red 2000
This Château de Pibarnon 2000 is a red wine from Bandol, from one of the most famous estates of the appellation, which perfectly demonstrates the ageing potential of these great wines of Provence.
It offers a nose of fine and light spices, with notes of black fruit coulis, firmed by liquorice and a complex bouquet of tertiary aromas. On the palate, it reveals a tasty substance, with fine and velvety tannins, of remarkable fullness, dense but without excess. The finish is very long on pepper and cocoa. A bottle to be enjoyed with grilled meats and sauces, or even game.
