On its beautiful terroir of Graves, Château Cazebonne produces this cuvée "Moment Entre Amis", a white wine made from 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon, biodynamically and vinified with natural yeasts.
A very pleasant, fruity and crisp white wine, with a nice freshness in the mouth, of which about 20% of the harvest is fermented for 5 days in contact with the skins, giving this wine a more assertive character.
