This Bourgogne Epineuil Tradition 2022 from Domaine Alain Mathias is made from the blend of grapes from several plots, vinified and then aged partly in oak barrels to obtain a rich and gourmet Pinot Noir red wine. It is certified in organic farming (AB).
It offers an intense garnet colour and aromas of cocoa, roasting and black fruit on the nose with light smoky notes. On the palate, the expression of red fruits and cocoa dominates with a beautiful structure. A wine for laying down that can be enjoyed until after 10 years of cellar storage.
