This Bourgogne Epineuil Côte de Grisey from Domaine Alain Mathias is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, certified organic (AB), from a single plot located on the Epineuil vineyard, the Côte des Griseys, and aged in oak barrels.

It offers a deep garnet red colour and a complex nose of aromas of chocolate, blackcurrant and liquorice. On the palate, the balance is perfect with roundness and structure and a beautiful finish. A wine that can be tasted for ages until after 15 to 20 years of cellaring.
