Signature is the rosé cuvée of the Domaine de Flavigny-Alésia: a rosé wine far from the beaten track of the south of France, originating from Burgundy in IGP Coteaux-de-l'Auxois and made from three rather rare old grape varieties: Pinot Beurot, Auxerrois and César.

With a light colour and salmon tones, the Signature 2025 cuvée offers a fresh, floral and fruity nose (redcurrant), and expresses itself on the palate with great aromatic richness, on gourmet and refreshing notes of orchard fruits.
