Signature is the rosé cuvée of the Domaine de Flavigny-Alésia: a rosé wine far from the beaten track of the south of France, originating from Burgundy in IGP Coteaux-de-l'Auxois and made from three rather rare old grape varieties: Pinot Beurot, Auxerrois and César.

With a light colour and salmon tones, the Signature 2023 cuvée offers a fresh, floral and fruity nose (redcurrant), and expresses itself on the palate with great aromatic richness, on gourmet and refreshing notes of orchard fruits.

Find all the wines of the Domaine de Flavigny-Alésia in the Bourgogne Coteaux-de-l'Auxois appellation made from traditional and ancient Burgundian grape varieties.

This cuvée "Le C", also called "Le rosé des sept oubliés" is an original rosé wine from the Minervois in IGP Côtes du Brian, made from all the grey grape varieties of the Clos Centeilles, harvested together at maturity around the middle of October: Riveyrenc gris, Terret gris, Carignan gris, Clairette rose, Grenache gris, Picpoul gris and Riveyrenc verdal.

A rare rosé wine with a salmon colour and a delicate nose, with subtle floral aromas, citrus fruits and exotic fruits. On the palate, it offers a deep and ample substance, very fresh, with a beautiful aromatic expression brought by the grey and pink grape varieties, and a long finish full of tension. It can be enjoyed from now until about 2028. It is the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish, charcuterie, oysters from the Thau basin or ceviche

Find the wines of Clos Centeilles on sale at La Bouteille Dorée, an estate led by Cécile Delucchi and her mother Patricia Boyer-Domergue, two generations of committed winemakers who are reviving the extinct grape varieties of the Languedoc: Riveyrenc Noir, Gris et Verdal, Œillade, Picardan, Picpoul Noir et Gris, Morrastel Noir à jus blanc, Arraignan, Terret Gris, Aramon Gris.

This wine is also available in a wine gift box, to be found at the bottom of this page and in our selection of wine boxes made from rare and forgotten grape varieties.

This Nacarat cuvée is an extraordinary and improbable rosé wine, produced in the heart of the South Pacific in Tahiti in the Tuamotu archipelago in French Polynesia, on the atoll of Rangiroa. With a very light Nacarat colour, the nose is on red fruits and citrus fruits with a beautiful complexity and an elegant minerality.

Another curiosity: there are two harvests per year in Tahiti, one between mid and late September and the other between early and mid February.

The Domaine Ampélidaceae vineyard is located in Rangiroa (in Paumotu language, the island of the immense sky) considered one of the largest atolls in the world, renowned for the beauty of its underwater bed and now also known for its wine ..... At the end of the coral road lined with coconut palms, rows of vines suddenly appear. The vines grow 100 m from the lagoon and less than 400 m from the great ocean. It is the result of rigorous and passionate research based on observation and adaptation to a protected and rare ecosystem.

You don't know where to find Tahitian wine in France? Tahitian wines are on sale at La Bouteille Dorée and if you want to offer Polynesian wines for an original gift, opt for a Tahitian wine box with 2 bottles, Rosé Nacarat and Blanc de Corail.
