Domaine Faiveley Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru La Combe d'Orveau 2009

138.50 € Tax included

This 2009 Chambolle-Musigny La Combe d'Orveau is a great red wine from Burgundy from the Côte de Nuits, classified as a Premier Cru, from a small plot of just 26 ares of the estate. The climate of the Combe d'Orveau is located just above the Musigny Grand Cru and takes its name from its elevated south-facing location, Orveau or the Val d'Or.  Rare in Burgundy, there is a Grand Cru, a Premier Cru and a village appellation "En Orveau" in this climate.

This elegant and racy wine offers a brightgarnet colour and delicate, woody and fruity notes on the nose. The palate is marked by toasted and fruity aromas (black cherry) with a beautiful tannic structure.
