This Brut cuvée from Maison Duménil comes from Premier Cru vines in Chigny-les-Roses, with a blend of a third of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay and 50% reserve wine, aged on lees for 3 years and a brut dosage of 8 to 9 g/l. It has been produced by Maison Duménil since 1874.

This Brut Champagne offers a perfectly balanced fruity and round character: the nose is delicate with notes of white flowers and white fruits (apple, pear) and yellow and the roundness on the palate is elegant, with a long finish on brioche notes. An ideal Champagne as an aperitif or to accompany poultry and white meats in sauce.
