The Réserve cuvée from the Pol Réserve Champagne house is offered here in Magnum, in a new case.

This Brut is the very reflection of the know-how of the House of Pol Roger and is made from about thirty still wines of different crus, grape varieties and vintages, it is the result of the harmonious blend of about a third of each of the three traditional components of Champagne:
- Pinot Noir for the structure, body, power and longevity provided by the tannins.
- Pinot Meunier for freshness, roundness and fruitiness.
- Chardonnay for aromatic complexity, finesse, elegance and lightness.

The Brut Réserve Pol Roger has a beautiful straw yellow colour and an abundant and fine effervescence. Its powerful and engaging nose initially reveals aromas of fruit (pear, mango) then unfolds light scents of honeysuckle and white jasmine, and continues with notes of brioche and vanilla. On the palate, behind a frank and dynamic attack, the wine offers a beautiful harmony and a pleasant freshness, while presenting a certain structure. Flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) are happily combined with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey. Made up of both fruity (candied orange zest, mandarin) and spicy (cardamom, green anise) notes, the aromatic persistence is remarkable.
