The 2018 Cuvée Alchimie from Domaine des 3 Cellier is a red wine from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the first cuvée of the Domaine to be certified as Organic. It perfectly represents the appellation with a blend of 7 grape varieties out of the 13 authorised grape varieties: Grenache 60%, Syrah 16%, Mourvèdre 10%, Counoise 4%, Clairette rose 4%, Vaccarèse 4% and Terret Noir 4%.

Julien and Ludovic Cellier have blended several terroirs and grape varieties from their vineyard in Châteauneuf-du-Pape to obtain an elegant and refined wine, characterized by a beautiful ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit on the nose. Its greedy tannic structure allows it to be consumed in its youth, but it does not detract from its ageing potential, which lasts about fifteen years.

In 2007, Marc Cellier retired and passed the torch to the next generation. It is therefore logical for his children, the "3 Cellier" (Ludovic, Julien and Benoit), to take over and represent the 8th generation of the family to shape the vines and make Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines. The Domaine des 3 Cellier is in Organic Conversion with several cuvées already certified in Organic Agriculture.
