This Clos-de-Vougeot 2010 is a great red wine from Burgundy classified as a Grand Cru, from the 5.5-hectare vineyard of the famous Château de la Tour.A wine that benefits from fermentation with indigenous yeasts, low pressing, long ageing with a high proportion of new barrels without the addition of sulphur until bottling and no filtration.

A superb Clos de Vougeot, with a rich and complex nose of black fruits, cocoa, cedar and meaty notes. On the palate, the wine is very intense, massive and concentrated but with a great elegance and no weight whatsoever. One can drink it from now to around 2038.
