The Cuvée Minuit is a rosé wine from the Domaine de La Cendrillon in the Corbières appellation and certified in organic farming, offered here in Magnum.
It offers a pale pink colour with a rich aromatic palette composed of floral nuances of lilac and rose, scents of citron, peach and passion fruit. The palate is both tender and fresh and blossoms with elegance, delicacy and balance. A real delight to enjoy with sea bream fillets or risotto for example.
