The Cuvée Minuit 2022 is a rosé wine from the Domaine de La Cendrillon in the Corbières appellation, certified in organic farming.
This beautiful wine offers a pale pink colour with a rich aromatic palette composed of floral nuances of lilac and rose and fruity of rhubarb and fresh red berries. The palate is both tender and fresh and blossoms in elegance, delicacy and balance with a subtly iodized finish. A real delight to enjoy with sea bream fillets or risotto for example. It can be stored for about 5 years.
