Paul Jaboulet Aine Cornas Domaine de Saint-Pierre 2017 - Original wooden case of 6 bottles
This 2017 Cornas Domaine Saint-Pierre is a great red wine from the northern Rhône Valley from Paul Jaboulet Aîné. Domaine Saint-Pierre is a 3.9-hectare vineyard located on the top of the plateau near the small chapel of Saint-Pierre. The Syrah vines, the oldest of which are more than 60 years old, are rooted in granite rock covered with limestone and silt.
Low yields, 20 to 25 hl/ha, make it possible to obtain a wine that can be aged, racy, powerful and elegant. This vintage offers beautiful aromas of ripe fruit with spicy and liquorice notes on the finish. It will be the perfect accompaniment to a hare à la royale or a roast squab with thyme for example.
