This Corton-Charlemagne 2018 is a great white wine from the Corton-Charlemagne appellation in the Côte-de-Beaune in Burgundy, classified as a Grand Cru, produced by Domaine Vincent Girardin.

It is a wine with a very rich aromatic palette, which expresses itself on very mineral notes (flint) and vegetal notes, evolving towards flint and lemon zest. On the palate, the substance is fat and powerful with a beautiful fresh and very persistent finish. It will be the perfect accompaniment to Bresse chicken with cream, sweetbreads with morels, truffled foie gras, cheeses (Comté or old Cantal) and fish and shellfish (St-Pierre, crayfish, char, langoustines). It can be kept in the cellar until at least 2045.
