This Corton-Charlemagne 2000 is a great white wine from the Corton-Charlemagne appellation in the Côte-de-Beaune in Burgundy, classified as a Grand Cru, produced by Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils and from a plot of just over 4 hectares of the "Corton" climate acquired in 1909.

It offers an intense nose of fruity aromas, toasted and mineral notes and on the palate, a rich and powerful substance with a beautiful persistent finish. It can be kept in the cellar for a few more years, until about 2026-2028, and will go very well with fish and shellfish in sauce or foie gras.
