This Côte-Rôtie cuvée Launch 2015 from Domaine Garon is the latest addition to the estate and is made from 30-year-old Syrah vines, located on the schist slopes of the Côte Blonde. This terroir is characterized by soils of small pebbles placed on a sandy subsoil, which allow excellent drainage and rooting of the vines at great depth.

With 20 months of ageing in oak barrels, this cuvée offers power and finesse in the sublime 2015 vintage. The nose is rich, with aromas of black fruits, white pepper and eucalyptus, and the palate offers a lively attack with roundness, melted tannins and a beautiful and very persistent finish.
