Château Saint-Maur's 2021 L'Excellence cuvée, Cru Classé de Provence, is a rosé wine made from the Grenache, Syrah, Tibouren and Rolle grape varieties, the estate's prestige cuvée.

This beautiful rosé wine offers a very pale, bright and limpid clear colour and on the nose, powerful aromas of exotic fruits and white-fleshed fruits with mineral notes. On the palate, the balance plays between power and roundness on the one hand, and fruit and liveliness on the other, with delicate flavours of grapefruit, red fruits, peach and apricot, with a long, elegant finish.

Château Saint-Maur is nestled at the foot of the hill of Grimaud in the extension of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, protected by the Massif des Maures. The estate covers about 100 hectares, 60 of which are vines planted with noble grape varieties and old local plants: Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Tibouren, Carignan, Rolle, etc.
