This 2019 Côtes-du-Rhône from Château des Tours is a red wine from the southern Rhône Valley, made from 65% Grenache Noir, 15% Cinsault and 20% Syrah. It is vinified by Emmanuel Reynaud, who also owns Château Rayas, the emblematic Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate, and Château de Fonsalette.
This Château des Tours 2019 offers a rich nose of red fruits with fresh notes of eucalyptus and mint leaf. On the palate, the substance is dense, deep, with fine and elegant tannins. A wine that can be tasted today and which will benefit from being kept in the cellar for a few more years to better appreciate its complexity and elegance.
