This Wild Boar 2018 is a 100% Syrah wine made from perfectly ripe grapes with small yields, on a plot inhabited by cork oaks and wild boars. A beautiful wine that offers a nose marked by black fruits and spices and a balanced palate with supple tannins and notes of liquorice. 

Consolation is a set of unique cuvées, from the best selections of the estates of La Coume Del Mas and Mas Cristine. Created at the beginning of the 19th century, the Mas Cristine vineyard is located on the southern edge of the AOP Côtes du Roussillon, overlooking the sea, in the middle of cork oaks.
