This cuvée Ostrea 2017 is a great red wine from Domaine Trapet in Burgundy, in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation. It is offered here in a 1.5-litre magnum bottle.

It brings a beautiful bright red color and rich aromas of cherries, with notes of liquorice and pepper. In the mouth, the wine is fleshy, silky and very elegant, with a mineral finish. It will go perfectly with roast meats and poultry. It can be kept in the callar until about 2035-2038.
