This 2020 cuvée from Domaine des Tourettes de la Maison Delas is made from a blend of three terroirs, L'Ermite, le Sabot, and the prestigious terroir of Bessards and 100% from the Syrah grape variety.

This beautiful Hermitage wine offers a deep bright dark red colour and powerful aromas of black fruits, spices and leather on the nose. On the palate, the substance is firm but silky, with fine and tight tannins. It will be the perfect accompaniment to red meats, game, stews and marinated meats and needs to be opened about 2 hours before tasting.

In concrete vats opened after 2 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28 to 30°C for 15 to 20 days. Daily punching down and pumping over for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.

In new oak barrels and one-wine barrels.
