The "You are Maur" cuvée from Château Saint-Maur is a rosé wine from plots classified as IGP Pays-du-Var located on the banks of the Giscle, a small stream at the foot of the Grimaud hill. It is offered here in a 150cl Magnum
It offers a crystalline and brilliant colour, and an expressive and fruity nose with notes of white peach and redcurrant. The palate is fresh and fruity with tangy notes of English candy. It will be the perfect accompaniment to cold cuts, Thai-style sautéed shrimp, octopus salad or antipasti.
Château Saint-Maur is nestled at the foot of the hill of Grimaud in the extension of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, protected by the Massif des Maures. The estate covers about 100 hectares, 60 of which are vines planted with noble grape varieties and old local plants: Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Tibouren, Carignan, Rolle, etc.
