The Florès 2021 cuvée is a white wine in IGP Val de Loire made from 100% of the rare Grolleau Gris grape variety.
It is a white wine with a yellow colour and pink hints that offers a beautiful nose marked by aromas of grapefruit and slightly musky exotic fruits, with a touch of white pepper. On the palate, the round and sapid substance is supported by small bitters and the finish is persistent. It can be kept until 2025-2026.
This gastronomic white wine can be enjoyed at around 10 to 12°C with a chicken stir-fry with curry and coconut milk, egg rolls, a potato and smoked herring salad or a grilled cuttlefish with Armorican sauce.
