This Alchimie 2020 cuvee is a red wine from the Domaine de Terres Blanches in the Coteaux du Giennois appellation, made from Pinot Noir (70%) and Gamay (30%) vines planted on 5 hectares, mainly in the commune of Bonny-sur-Loire, on clay-siliceous terraced soils overlooking the Loire.

It offers a bright ruby colour and an intense nose with notes of red fruits followed by peppery touches. On the palate, the aromatic profile is maintained in a very harmonious way with a round substance and melted tannins. It will go perfectly with roasted meats and spicy dishes.
