The Momo 2023 cuvée is a red wine from Seresin Estate, one of New Zealand's most renowned estates, made from 100% Pinot Noir, certified organic and biodynamic.
It offers a nose of pure fruit, with vegetal touches, cedar and undergrowth. On the palate, the substance is very elegant and fresh and expresses itself on concentrated fruity notes, with fine tannins and a refreshing, slightly smoky finish. It will go very well with truffle tagliatelle or duck breast.
