This Bourgogne Epineuil Tradition 2022 from Domaine Alain Mathias is made from the blend of grapes from several plots, vinified and then aged partly in oak barrels to obtain a rich and gourmet Pinot Noir red wine. It is certified in organic farming (AB).

It offers an intense garnet colour and aromas of cocoa, roasting and black fruit on the nose with light smoky notes. On the palate, the expression of red fruits and cocoa dominates with a beautiful structure. A wine for laying down that can be enjoyed until after 10 years of cellar storage.

This Pinot Noir Reserva Especial 2020 from the Tabali estate is a beautiful red wine from Chile from a vineyard located 30 km from the Pacific Ocean, on a unique terroir formed by the Limari River in the valley of the same name.

The colour is brilliant and the nose intense with fresh and complex aromas of red fruits (cherry, strawberry) and notes of spices. The 12-month ageing in French oak barrels allows for silky tannins on the palate with good acidity and freshness, on a finish full of finesse.

This Pinot Noir 2020 is a great Australian red wine from Innocent Bystande. It brings intense aromas of black and red fruits (blackberries, cherries, cranberries) with spicy notes. On the palate, the black fruits are well marked with supple tannins. A beautiful Australian red wine to enjoy with pasta or cold cuts.

It is made naturally like all the estate's wines, with manual harvesting and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
