L'Herbe Folle is a natural red wine made in Beaujolais by Sophie and Lilian Bauchet in certified organic farming, made from a blend of Gamay over several vintages with low yields, vinified in whole bunches, without inputs and without filtration or fining.
This is the estate's historic cuvée, a frank and pure Gamay for lovers of fruity and refreshing wines to share with friends. The Gamay grape variety expresses itself perfectly here on sandy soils covering a granite arena.

This cuvée "Hey Gamin!" 2020 is a red wine made from 100% of the Gamay grape variety, vinified naturally exclusively with indigenous yeasts, without any inputs or addition of sulphur.
A natural Gamay that offers superb fruitiness and great freshness, easy to drink and sapid, ideal to accompany grilled red meats. It can be kept in the cellar until about 2025.

This Beaujolais-Villages 2022 from Domaine Anthony Thévenet comes from 3 small plots in Lancié and is no exception to the rule: like all the wines of the estate, it is entirely natural, with fermentation in indigenous yeasts and without pumping over.
A wine marked by the aromas of ripe black fruit and juicy on the palate, with just the right amount of tension and acidity to give it a perfect balance.
Trained by two of the greatest winemakers of Beaujolais, Jean-Marc Foillard and Georges Descombes, whose natural philosophy he now adopts, Anthony Thévenet produces wines in the Morgon, Chénas and Beaujolais-Villages appellations: organic farming without herbicides or pesticides in the vineyards, exclusively manual tillage, adoption of biodynamic principles, manual harvesting and very rigorous sorting of the grapes.
