This 2021 Chenin Blanc from Domaine M.A.N. is a 100% free-run wine to preserve its natural character, refreshing acidity and intense aromas of ripe tropical fruit. It is aged on lees for 3 to 4 months to give it a richer and fuller structure in the mouth, with a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. The After-Paarl region offers ideal conditions for Chenin Blanc.
M.A.N Family Wines is a family estate founded in 2001 in the Paarl district, north of Stellenbosch, in the South West of South Africa. The grapes come from the estate and local vineyards in the Paarl, Malmesbury, Durbanville and Agter-Paarl region, allof which are classified as sustainable. The estate produces a wide range of wines from different grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage, Shiraz (Syrah), Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.
