Chateau Vieux Robin Bois de Lunier Medoc Cru Bourgeois Red 2000 - Original wooden case of 12 bottles
Château Vieux Robin Bois de Lunier is a red wine from Bordeaux in the Médoc appellation and classified as a Cru Bourgeois, from an atypical estate, with plots offering very varied soils, gravel, sand and clayey limestone.
Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon (55%) and Merlot (40%), this Château Vieux Robin 2000 was aged entirely in oak barrels for 18 months each year. It offers a nice power with supple and fine tannins after more than 15 years in the cellar.
The 2000 vintage was very successful in the Médoc, in particular thanks to perfectly ripe grapes. Find the Bordeaux wines of the 2000 vintage currently on sale at La Bouteille Dorée and consult our guide to the 2000 vintage to know the best appellations and the best wines of the year 2000.
