L'Esprit de Chevalier is the second wine of the Domaine de Chevalier, the famous Grand Cru Classé de Graves.

It was born in 1989 with the planting of young vines 3 years earlier. Today, with vines that are now 30 years old, it offers a wine that is certainly less structured than the great wine but nevertheless complex, charming and elegant, and which can be enjoyed more easily in its youth. In the great 2015 vintage, it can be tasted today but can also be kept for another ten years in the cellar.

The Esprit de Chevalier 2015 offers a very fine nose and on the palate, a fruity and greedy substance with a beautiful freshness.
