Château Smith Haut Lafitte 2021 is a great red wine from Bordeaux in the Pessac-Léognan appellation and Grand Cru Classé de Graves.

It offers a ruby red colour and an open and fresh nose, rich with notes of crisp red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) and black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants), on notes of sweet spices, star anise, liquorice stick, tobacco leaf, and notes of smoke, signature of the great Graves soils. The attack on the palate is well balanced, fresh and dynamic, followed by good concentration, a nice texture, an expression of great harmony, energy and vivacity, with a great length in the mouth. A very beautiful red Smith Haut Lafitte.

This Château Smith Haut Lafitte 2021 will go perfectly with beef tenderloin in sauce, truffle risotto or cheeses such as a Saint-Nectaire. It can be kept in the cellar until about 2045-2050.
