Château Carbonnieux 2000 is a great wine from Pessac-Léognan and Grand Cru Classé de Graves in an excellent vintage, now maturebut which can still be kept for a few years, until about 2025-2027.

It is a wine with a powerful nose, with aromas of black fruits, liquorice and chocolate notes, with touches of mocha and eucalyptus. On the palate, empyreumatic notes, roasted coffee, and cedar notes dominate, with ample substance, fine tannins and a beautiful finish.
