Pascal Jolivet Pouilly-Fume Indigene Organic Unfiltered 2017
This Pouilly-Fumé Indigène 2017 is an exceptional cuvée made by Pascal Jolivet with indigenous yeasts that allow the wine to ferment naturally and without filtration.
It is a rich and intense wine with aromas of fruit and citrus, a perfectly integrated acidity, a lot of freshness on the palate with notes of honey and flowers and a very mineral finish, a complex and fine wine that can be enjoyed for several years to come.
Find the wines of Maison Pascal Jolivet currently on sale at La Bouteille Dorée, which has become in just a few years one of the most dynamic estates in the Loire Valley and which produces some of the best wines from Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé.
