- A bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape red 2004 from Château de Beaucastel : this cuvee is made from 30% Grenache Noir, 30% Mourvedre, 15% Vaccarese, Terret Noir, Muscardin, Clairette, Picpoul, Picardan, Bourboulenc, Roussanne (assembly), 10% Counoise, 10% Syrah and 5% Cinsault and is produced organically and biodynamically. It offers a very elegant discreet nose, with notes of ripe black fruit, liquorice, bread crumbs and anise. On the palate it is very well balanced with a nice freshness.
- A bottle of 2010 white Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Domaine de La Janasse: a great white wine made mainly from Roussanne vines for 70% and old vines over 60 years old of Grenache Blanc and Clairette for 15% each, grown without pesticides or insecticides. IIt offers a superb nose of white and yellow fruits (peach, pear), citrus fruits and vanilla and on the palate, the wine is very concentrated, powerful but retains all its freshness.

This Château de Beaucastel 2004 is a red wine from Châteauneuf-du-Pape in a beautiful vintage, generally quite average in most regions of France, with a small production certainly but of very good quality.

It offers a very elegant discreet nose, with notes of ripe black fruit, liquorice, bread crumbs and anise. On the palate it is very well balanced with a nice freshness. A beautiful Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine with perfect ripeness and to be decanted one to two hours before tasting, which can also be kept in the cellar for a few more years until 2028-2030.

This confidential cuvée of Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Prestige 2010 from Domaine de La Janasse is a great white wine from the southern Rhône Valley, made mainly from Roussanne for 70% and from old vines over 60 years old, Grenache Blanc and Clairette for 15% each. The vines are grown without pesticides or insecticides and the fertilisation is of natural origin. The soil is worked without weed killer to maintain aeration and soil suppleness.

It offers a superb nose of white and yellow fruits (peach, pear), citrus and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is very concentrated, powerful but retains all its freshness. It is the perfect accompaniment to a thermidor lobster.
