- A bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine from Château Simian, the "Le Traversier" cuvée: a wine made mainly from 70% Grenache Noir, complemented by Syrah for 20% and Mourvèdre for 5%, produced organically and biodynamically. On the nose, it offers beautiful aromas of blueberries and blackberries, cherry stones, pepper and garrigue flowers, with a fine aniseed note while the palate is perfectly balanced with a lot of finesse, between unctuous fruit and a very nice freshness.
- A bottle of Ventoux red wine from Château Saint Sauveur , the "L'homme de coeur" cuvée: a wine made from a blend of Grenache, supplemented by Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan, in certified organic farming. This cuvée offers a rich nose with aromas of red fruits with toasted notes and on the palate, it is a concentrated and balanced wine, expressing itself on red fruits and liquorice.

This 2022 Le Traversier red Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Château Simian is mainly made from 70% Grenache Noir, complemented by Syrah for 20% and Mourvèdre for 5%. It is produced organically and biodynamically.

It offers a beautiful purple colour, intense and deep and on the nose, beautiful aromas of black fruits (blueberries, blackberries), cherry stones, spices (pepper), bay leaf and garrigue flowers, with a fine aniseed note. On the palate, the balance is perfect with a lot of finesse, between unctuous fruit and a very nice freshness. The finish is long, with licorice, dark fruit and spice, with textured tannins already melted. It will be the perfect accompaniment to roast or stew meats or poultry with a mixed greens of roasted vegetables with savory and bay leaf.

This cuvée whose name, "Le Traversier", is that of the old road that connects the three plots of 6 hectares in total from which it comes:
- the first, to the north of Les Cabrières, on the slopes under the highest terrace, where Grenache Noir is planted on clay-limestone soils with rounded pebbles.
- the second in the extreme north of the appellation, in the place called "La Bertaude" where Syrah, Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc and Roussanne are planted.
- the last one to the north, on the climb that leads to Châteauneuf du Pape, on the place called "le Caladas", with clay-limestone soils with rounded pebbles where the oldest Grenache vines are planted, some since 1880, as well as the Clairette.

L'Homme de Coeur 2023 is a red wine in the Ventoux appellation from Château Saint Sauveur, made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan. The estate has been certified organic since the 2015 harvest.

This cuvée offers a frank red colour and a nose with aromas of red fruits with toasted notes. On the palate, it is a concentrated and balanced wine, expressing itself on red fruits and liquorice. It will be a perfect accompaniment to red meats and cheeses.
