This cuvée "Les Amandiers" 2024 is a red wine from the Rhone Valley in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, produced by Domaine du Murinais, made exclusively from the Syrah grape variety. Les Amandiers is the name of a plot in the commune of Beaumont Monteux in the south-east of the appellation. The vines are cultivated without weedkillers, chemical fertilisers or insecticides, and vine diseases are treated with natural inputs, with phytosanitary treatment only considered out of necessity.

This Crozes-Hermitage brings an elegant nose of small red fruits and spices, vinous on the palate with a well-structured and delicate texture. It will go perfectly with a rabbit with mild spices or a cheese such as Saint Marcellin. It can be enjoyed now or stored in the cellar until around 2034.

This 2024 Saint-Joseph red wine from Domaine Pierre Gaillard comes from the north of the appellation, a blend of wines from vines on east- and south-east-facing hillsides, the majority of whose grapes come from the estate and the rest from other winegrowers, but harvested, vinified and aged on the estate.

It is a very elegant, fruity and fleshy red wine, with a fine tannic structure. It can be enjoyed now or kept in the cellar until 2034.

This 2022 Côte-Rôtie from Domaine Pierre Gaillard comes from vines located on the south/south-west facing slopes of Ampuis, on different plots of the Côte Brune and the Côte Blonde. It is a beautiful fruity and fleshy wine with tannins of great finesse, which can be tasted quite young but which can also be kept for about fifteen years.

Each plot is vinified separately and then the wines are blended in order to obtain the best balance between the power and elegance of the different terroirs. The blend is composed of 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier.
