This Emisphere 2024 cuvée is a beautiful red wine from the northern Rhône Valley in the Saint-Joseph appellation produced by the Boissonnet estate, exclusively from Syrah vines.
It offers powerful notes of ripe fruit, silky and round on the palate, very harmonious, with tight, fine and elegant tannins. It can be enjoyed today or stored in the cellar until around 2038-2040.
It will go ideally with red meats, a barbecued prime rib, and game in sauce.
