This Sancerre Rosé SIgnature from Pascal Jolivet develops aromas of red fruits with a lot of freshness andelegance.

Pascal Jolivet's Sancerre Rosé Signature is a rosé made partly by direct pressing and partly by bleeding, the juices being then made from the maceration of Pinot Noir grapes which have been hand-sorted and destemmed. The juices are fermented naturally without the addition of yeast in temperature-controlled vats.

In Sancerre, Domaine Pascal Jolivet covers 20 hectares spread over the communes of Bué, Verdigny and Sainte Gemme, of which 3.5 hectares are planted with Pinot Noir grapes.

Maison Pascal Jolivet , founded in 1987, is one of the youngest and most dynamic houses in the Loire Valley and produces some of the best wines from the Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé appellations.
