Here is a superb white Sancerre 2024 which comes from an old vine from the village of Champtin cultivated organically and whose fermentation is entirely natural, with indigenous yeasts : awine with a fine and complex aromatic profile, with both the aromatic richness of the Sauvignon grape variety on citrus, lime, the mint and elegance, the beautiful freshness and controlled acidity of Pascal Jolivet's great Sancerre wines.

Pascal Jolivet, creator of this wine, is passionate about the Sauvignon grape variety, a grape variety that he considers fantastic and unruly and which will assert its true personality once tamed.  Founded in 1987, Maison Pascal Jolivet is one of the youngest and most dynamic houses in the Loire Valley. A specialist in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé wines, it is recognized and placed in an excellent position on the menu of Michelin-starred restaurants as well as on the best tables around the world.
