This beautiful Italian red wine from Domaine Benanti is made from the two noble grape varieties of Etna, whose vines between 10 and 60 years old are planted between 450 and 900 meters above sea level on the slopes of the great volcano, divided between 85% Nerello Mascalese and 15% Nerello Cappuccio approximately.

On these mineral-rich volcanic soils, these two emblematic grape varieties of Etna, vinified separately, offer a wine with intense aromas of red fruits, dry and mineral, harmonious and balanced on the palate, with a refreshing acidity and a long finish with saline notes. It will go perfectly with red and white meats, and cheeses.
