It's a beautiful Australian Riesling from the Eden Valley that Pewsey Vale Vineyard offers us here. With a pale yellow colour with green reflections, it offers a great aromatic intensity on the nose, with notes of dried herbs, white flowers and lime. The palate is full-bodied, dominated by citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) with notes of fresh rosemary, white pepper and tropical fruits. The powerful aromas are balanced by natural acidity and minerality.

A wine that will be the perfect accompaniment to pan-fried scallops, salt-and-pepper squid or a Thai noodle salad, and that can be kept in the cellar until around 2032.

The Pewsey Vale vineyard is located in the Eden Valley, at an altitude of 500 meters, where the cool climate allows a long ripening of the grapes for the production of great white Riesling wines. The estate's historic vineyard, "Contours Block", was certified organic in 2013 and is managed according to the principles of biodynamics.
