This Enotria cuvée is a Greek red wine from Crete and made from 60% Syrah supplemented by 20% Kotsifali and 20% Liatiko, two indigenous Cretan grape varieties, produced by the Douloufakis Estate in organic farming.

It brings a youthful ruby colour and a rich aromatic profile with notes of red fruits and pepper. On the palate, the wine is fresh and fruity, with high acidity and medium tannins : an interesting and easy to drink wine, with great balance and pleasant aftertaste.

It is the perfect accompaniment to pasta with minced meat, rabbit, wild goat or guinea hen. It pairs well with some traditional Greek dishes, like “moussaka” (vegetables and minced meet with béchamel sauce), “soutzoukakia Smyrneika” (meatballs in red sauce), lentils with Cretan “apaki” (smoked pork), rabbit or hare stew and eggplants “imam baildi” or “antikristo arni” (lamb cooked in bonfire)..

This beautiful Lion 2020 cuvée is a Greek red wine from the Peloponnese and made from 100% of the ancient Agiorgitiko grape variety, produced by the Giannikos Estate in organic farming. Lion refers to the first of the twelve labours of Hercules, the Nemean lion, from which the Agiorgitiko grape originated.

It offers a beautiful ruby colour with a rich nose on fruity aromas of cherry and plum and spicy notes of nutmeg. On the palate, it has a nice balance with controlled acidity, supple tannins and a beautiful finish. It will be the perfect accompaniment to grilled lamb and pork, sausages, poultry and pasta dishes.

This En Plo 2021 cuvée is a Greek white wine produced by the Giannikos Estate in the Peloponnese in organic farming and made from 100% of the indigenous Roditis grape variety. The name of the wine "En Plo" refers to the nautical vocabulary indicating that the sea voyage is going well.

With a pale yellow colour, it offers intense aromas of citrus, grapefruit and melon, and a very nice freshness in the mouth. It will be the perfect accompaniment to sushi and sashimi or grilled shrimp.
