This Chilean red wine from the J. Bouchon estate is made from 100% of the Carménère grape variety, in the Mingre vineyard. The vines are planted in the driest region of the Valle de Maule, on poor rocky soils with little irrigation, with large temperature differences between day and night.

This Carménère 2020 offers a deep carmine red colour and a rich nose with aromas of ripe red and black fruits (cherries and blackberries), with light notes of black pepper. On the palate, it expresses itself on a beautiful structure, ample and round, with supple and juicy tannins. It will be the perfect accompaniment to red and white meats, an Indian vegetable curry or spicy Mexican dishes. A wine to be enjoyed from now until 2030.

The Carménère grape variety was known in Bordeaux for several centuries but the arrival of phylloxera in the 19th century wiped out the vineyard and today there are only a few dozen hectares in France. It was in Chile that we found in the 90s a few Carménère plants that allowed the development of the cultivation of this grape variety in Chile.

This Vigno cuvée is a Chilean red wine from the Valle de Maule proposed by J. Bouchon Family WInes and made from 100% Carignan grape variety. The vines are grown in dry agriculture, irrigated only by rainwater.

The 2018 vintage offers an intense and brilliant ruby colour and on the nose, beautiful aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant) and mineral notes. On the palate, it is a greedy and juicy wine, with supple and elegant tannins, controlled acidity and a long finish.

It can be enjoyed today with red meats, grilled or in sauce, preferably after a long decanting of 2 hours, and can be kept in the cellar until about 2028-2030.

This Pinot Noir Reserva Especial 2020 from the Tabali estate is a beautiful red wine from Chile from a vineyard located 30 km from the Pacific Ocean, on a unique terroir formed by the Limari River in the valley of the same name.

The colour is brilliant and the nose intense with fresh and complex aromas of red fruits (cherry, strawberry) and notes of spices. The 12-month ageing in French oak barrels allows for silky tannins on the palate with good acidity and freshness, on a finish full of finesse.
