The 2022 Château Les Ormes de Pez offers a dark colour and a powerful nose with marked notes of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it is a concentrated wine, with the classic tannic structure of the Saint-Estèphe appellation, with a beautiful finish.

The chateau and vineyard, the latter divided into two parts, are located in the hamlet of Pez to the north of Saint-Estèphe. It is owned by Jean-Michel Cazes, who also owns the Grand Cru Classé Château Lynch-Bages. It is classified as an Exceptional Cru Bourgeois. In the vineyard as well as in the winery, the same philosophy as in Lynch-Bages prevails.

Château Haut-Marbuzet 2021 is a great red wine from Saint-Estèphe, classified as a Cru Bourgeois and produced by the Dubosq family.

It offers a beautiful nose of ripe fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry, with slight chalky and iodized touches. On the palate, it is perfectly structured, with a fleshy and silky substance carried by fine and coated tannins, and a greedy and mouthwatering finish. It will go perfectly with small game, grilled meats and hard cheeses such as an old Comté. It can be kept in the cellar until about 2040.

Chateau Segur de Cabanac 2018 is a red wine from Bordeaux in the Saint-Estephe appellation, made from Cabernet-Sauvignon (60% ) and Merlot (40% ). The 2018 vintage is one of the great Bordeaux vintages, comparable in quality with 2009, 2010 or 2016.

Chateau Segur de Cabanac 2018 offers a bright deep ruby colour, with a rich nose with red and black fruits and roasted notes. On the palate, its concentration and harmonious character, with beautiful mellow tannins and sustained acidity, make it a gastronomic wine, which will perfectly accompany a duck breast or a Bordeaux-style rib steak. It can be enjoyed today or can be kept in the cellar until around 2035.
