This 2023 Chablis from Domaine Alain Mathias is certified organic and comes from a plot of Kimmeridgian marl and Portlandian limestone, dating from the Upper Jurassic, characteristic of the Chablis terroir.

The grapes are harvested with exceptional ripeness. It is aged for 10 months on lees, revealing a complex aromatic palette of floral notes combined with aromas of white fruit. The palate is ample and balanced with a long finish. It is the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish or fish in sauce, poultry and white meats, or snails.

This Bourgogne Epineuil Côte de Grisey 2023 from Domaine Alain Mathias is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, certified organic (AB), from a single plot located on the Epineuil vineyard, the Côte des Griseys, and aged in oak barrels.

It offers a deep garnet red colour and a complex nose of aromas of chocolate, blackcurrant and liquorice. On the palate, the balance is perfect with roundness and structure and a beautiful finish. A wine that can be tasted for ages until after 15 to 20 years of cellaring.
